200K!
My '99 SLE turned over 200K yesterday. This has been the best car I've ever owned. Never had a major repair!
Never needed an alternator or starter. I replaced the fuel pump at 80K because it was making noise, and did a few piddly little things like replacing the fuel tank sender and heater core, but overall, it's taken nothing but maintenance items.
I may just keep it and drive it until the wheels fall off out of plain curiosity.
ETA: Whoops, forgot, I did install a sleeved UIM at 90K. It hadn't failed yet, however, so I guess that could be a maintenance item.

Re: 200K!
That UIM is preventive maintenance every L36 needs. That doesn't count against you.

Never an alternator? thats impressive! Seems every GM I've had has an alternator appetite.

275,5xx and counting. (on what is believed to be original drivetrain?) Did the UIM in January I'm just hoping I caught it soon enough.

Definitely agree there.00Beast wrote:Travis, your car doesn't count. It just doesn't.
I was hoping I could do 200k eventually in mine. Only made it to 84k :(. Guess I'll have to find another one to break that milestone in!
Congrats, keep up on the miles!

An intake manifold is not maintenance no matter how you cut it...
But *dang* keep the miles going! Makes me wish I still had my 1993..
