Going tomorrow morning to pick up a new front bumper cover for my car, FINALLY. I got sick and tired of seeing the crappy condition one that I had. It had damage done to it before I got it, and it had a LOT of bondo and filler. That's a no-no on plastic, especially a flexible bumper. It was beginning to crack and look horrible.

I'm picking up this new cover in the cities, so I'll be driving like this for 150 miles. Its black, so its going to have to be painted. I'm going to leave it on the car black for a while, reminding me that I need to get my front end painted ASAP. I'll be having the hood, bumper, & fenders painted and possibly blending the front doors.

It gave me an opportunity to recharge my K&N also, it was filthy.

LOL, that car looks incredibly goofy. Glad to see you're finally getting around to doing something with your front bumper.

Because my car gets double the mileage my truck does, and when you drive 300 miles it adds up. I can carry the new bumper home in place instead of in the bed of the truck.

got a buddy that while in HS, his LTDII got severe hail damage. He needed a new hood and trunklid, so he found a salvage yard that had one and drove 150 miles with no hood or trunklid, and bolted them on while there.
I had to wonder why he didn't leave the old ones there at the yard, but he got rid of em later anyways.

The guy offered to throw away my old one for me once I got there, but I opted to take it off anways. I'm sure I can make a buck on it, regardless of its poor condition.

Bumpers fit inside... Front passenger seat to rear drivers seat! Atleast it fits in a 92-99 body ;)
