So that's my car life for the moment. The Blazer will end up getting some Bonneville Parts once I get to the interior. I have 4 AL7's which I will be working on getting into it most likely. hopefully will get the body work done this spring/summer on that now that I don't have to work on my daily all the time.

Right now I have a 4" lift for it, but am looking to do it differently. It's a block rear, and I'd rather have new springs. Problem is, I have 1 cm of clearance to get it in the garage as is, stock. So that will have to wait for the rest to get done. Since hte brakes are done already, I will be using these axles for now, and keeping my eye out for a 14BFF with locker or a D60 and a D60 front axle. I have a D44 Close knuckle front and Eatoon HO52 with No Spin in the rear of the suburban, but those are not ideal. The HO52 will work, but getting brake parts is rough. If I can find the parts to do a disc conversion, then I might, but I'll need to figure out a parking brake for that still.

I may switch it over to a 700R4 auto just to enjoy it for now, and look for an NV4500 once I start doing up the suspension really nice. I'd like to have an overdrive so I can drive it more, but will miss the 6:56 first gear ratio in the SM465 that's in it now.

Will have to see how funds and other stuff goes. I have exhausted the available funds with the new car and another tiny piece of hardware, so right now it is just savings time. I should have enough parts to get this together and driving this summer, and the rest of the extra parts will be sold to cover those I still need.

Oh, and your truck is looking good too.

Geez Jimmy, you're catching up to me with the 67-72's!!! (current count is 4, soon to be 3).

They all look good! Glad to see you're saving the blazer, and making good use of the 'burb.
Bye Bye:

Yeah, if I had space, there would be more.

There was a 71 blazer in the junkyard here. Came in while I was there, and I couldn't buy it. Got some parts, but would have likes more. There is a 68 chevy and a 72 GMC now, but both are rusty. Grabbed a bunch of the good parts though.

Will be heading out to try and finish off the Suburban this weekend while it is nice so I can get the trailer back.
