I think that may be a sign for you. I don't know if this club has enough users who would use your app to log in. The time and resources needed for it probably is not worth it and would be spent better on something else. I think its awesome you offered to do this, but I'm just not convinced this site is big enough to really utilize that.

The app would be also released to the app store, extending the site's coverage internationally.
