Another PAU in the 13s!

Track conditions sucked, it was cold, humid, and prep was half-hearted at best, but then, Kil-Kare has a great surface on the worst of days.
I got two good runs, then my launches went south on me.

Run #1
R/T: 1.04(my R/Ts always suck)
