No problems since! Any "moisture" present (like condensation), stays in the spare tire well. I could care less whether or not there's a little bit of condensation there. If the source is unknown I would try a leak detecting powder. If the source is known I'd obtain the right parts (as needed) and spend the time to tackle the problem.
As mentioned, I've chased the problem from the sunroof, re-silicone sealing where need be and it still leaked. SO at some point, I just let it be. As long as it drains from the roof, into the trunk, then drains out the trunk, at the end of the day everything is dry. Those folks that don't have this problem should consider themselves lucky. It has to do with some level of sealing that happens during assembly that sadly, I don't think we can get to now.
