Sounds like a TPS issue. Man, that sucks that you swapped out the trans for this.

I lose lockup every so often, maybe you have that code stored in your PCM, P0705 or something like that, TCC failure. I can sometimes clear that code while driving and it will resume lockup. Perhaps that code is stored and thinks your "new" tranny is still acting the same.

He probably had the battery disconnected durring the swap. That should have cleared codes on a 94.

Well I searched through the garage and found a tps sensor Changed it and that fixed the problem although it still has a slight miss in itm it downshifts and shifts into od. Thanks guys for all the help
