And Friday afternoon dad got the Cougar out on the road again...its halfway through an exhaust change and sub-frame stiffeners. But I had just washed the car and figured I'd drive out do the weekly cruise in since it was really nice out.

Figured I'd post these updates as well:
My inner fender broke and had been rubbing when I turn right. Got a new inner fender and re routed the FWI to fit the filter in there better.

And today I got around to changing the sway bar end links. Energy Suspension 9.8120R on the front and rear. I've read where some of you guys had to shave 1/4" off the shim to get the nut to thread and I was thinking I was going to as well. But I got bottle jacks and jacked the control arms up to get them on, still put up a bit of a fight but its on now. The rear wasn't a problem at all.
The old ones weren't too bad. The bolts on the front had just started to corrode and the rubbers were deteriorating in the rear. These made a much bigger difference than I had expected. I felt a ton more difference after swapping the end links vs adding the GXP strut brace.

New, Front & Rear:

I also thought I'd share this since I didn't reach the pic limit
The Molest-a-Bus would look hot with swoopies!
