It's not methanol injection.

It's water injection, which CAN (not always) include a percentage of methanol. Don't waste your time. I've had three hybrid systems on my car, and they gained next to nothing. They're a pain, inconsistent in our application, and unless you spend VERY big money on a refined commercial system, you won't gain anything. Even with money spent, it won't gain you much.

Moving to Forced Induction.

For KR, yes. For power, no.

KR needs to be repaired mechanically or by tuning, not by band-aiding it with another 'system'.

More of a high boost turbo situation or Diesel turbo situation use where lots of heat is produced and the injection cools the charge... correct?

For KR, yes. For power, no.
I have to respectfully step into this discussion.

If you can control the KR, you can make more power.

I can get away with using a 2.9" pulley on a GenV with no KR when using the Boost Cooler 50%Meth/50%Water Injection system.

Yes it was expensive and has its limitations.
I would recommend an intercooler for almost the same cost.
