While it looks very nice, I'm not sure how well that rust repair will hold up. Everything else looks great though.
Yeah that's just a very temporary patch. I hadn't decided if I was going to flip it or keep it for myself. I'm leaning toward the latter. I'm no body man so I plan on taking it into ...

My Return to the Bonneville Club 01 SSEi Saved from wrecker
It's been 6 years since I sold my 1997 Pontiac Bonneville SSEi. I didn't want to sell it at the time, but I just couldn't afford to put gas in it where I was moving to. In the last 6 years I have bought and flipped a 1994 SE and a 1995 SSEi, but I haven't had one to drive myself.

95 SSEi complete interior detailing...
As I mentioned in my previous thread I picked up this 95 SSEi as a gift for my sister for $500. 1 owner car bought new in 95 perfect maintenance records and runs and drives great. Interior on the other hand in my opinion was a disaster. They're black lab destroyed the seats and the car reeked of dog ...

Series 3 Engine Swap into 97 SSEi
hey guys.
I'm looking into building an engine and tranny for my 97 SSEi. I will be doing a turbo and intercooled set-up and also running methane injection.
I found a really good deal on a Series 3 L32 that comes complete with tranny, pcm, and wiring harness.
I was wondering if a Series 3 will ...

So there is a company here in Toronto thats called cartuning.
They specialize in making production turbo kits for W-body cars and they're also working on one for F-bodies.
They have a stage 1 for the non supercharged engines and a stage 2 for supercharged cars, also an optional intercooler ...

Ignition Coils
Is there is a difference between ignition coils for a 97 n/a bonneville versus a s/c bonneville?
I'm 99% sure that on of my ignition coils is pooched and I want to test it out with a junk yard coil but they don't have any supercharged bonnevilles or grand prixs in there.

Re: Wow.... What a difference Spark Plugs Can Make.
Not sure I would of gone with the drilled discs lots of people here say they can crack easy.
I paid an extra $5 a rotor for warranty on all defects on them. If the rotors are going to crack it will be in the first 2 months and my warrant is for 3.

Re: Wow.... What a difference Spark Plugs Can Make.
Me personally I think people go way to long between sparkplug changes. I know todays engines burn a lot cleaner than they did with leaded fuel, one of the main enemies of a plug, 100k between changes is just plain ridiculous, I will change mine probably once a year at minimum. Yours sure needed ...

Wow.... What a difference Spark Plugs Can Make.
So I just finished up on some general maintenance on my SSEi.
Changed the spark plugs and fuel filter. While I was changing the spark plugs i snapped a wire.... Went to 4 different places before I could find wires for an SSEi model, and they only had performance ones which were $85 instead of $40 ...
