Also theninterior light fuse blowing due to sunvisors

i have an 03 se, i just put a new battery in and now the blower motor quit, so i first checked the fuses and the 30a under back seat was blown so i tried installing a new fuse but keeps blowing. I dont know if the new battery has something to do with it? or what else could it be? thanks

ive had the car for exactly a year now, it has new engine about 70,000 miles on it, but the thing is i dont know any of the maintenance done to it, i looked at the air filter and its terrible so im getting one, but id have to check everything else, what happens is i tried putting it to the boards ...

i have a 96 Bonneville se, it seems like there should be more power, i take off from a stop and it seems there should be at least a couple squeaks out of the tires but nothing at all, anyone else have this problem?
