Re: Close call.....

The lady that the tree belongs to is ducking me about the payments so I'm more likely gonna have to take her to court. Because she was told numerous times by the borough about the tree hanging over the property and that it was a hazard but nothing was done and of course it takes a tree falling on ...

Close call.....

Imagine you beginning your day like any other day when it starts to rain. Then it starts to get really windy. Then it starts lightning and thundering really crazy. Next then you know as you are standing at the door looking at the weather a HUGE tree falls and completely destroys the wifes car. The ...

Headlight Bulb Types.....

I'm completely confused about this whole HID, Xenon headlight bulb thing. I want to put brighter bulbs on my car but I'm getting mixed opinions about the both of them. What is really the difference between the two. They look the same to me as far the equipment that comes with the kit but then again ...

Re: Projection Headlights Conversion!!!!

Ok well what about just the stock headlights from a 1996-1999? Will it fit or will I need to do some customizing to get it to work. I really want to do something to the front and back of the car but not being able to do anything and also being told that I won't be able to do anything frustrates me a ...

Projection Headlights Conversion!!!!

Is it possible to put 1996-1999 Bonneville headlights on a 1993 Bonneville? If so I found on EBay these projection headlights that are originally for the 1999-2006 Yukon Denali but it said they would also fit the 1996-1999 Bonneville. If there is a way to install these on my 1993 Bonneville I will ...

Re: Weatherstripping and Bugs

I saw a past post and someone had the same problem I did (except the bugs lol) and they said remove the stripping and reinstall it starting at the top in the middle and work your way around. So I did that without cutting any of it off and it appears to have improved but it leaves a space at the ...

Hello all I'm happy to say that I've figured out my RPM issues with my 1993 SE but now come a new problem. Now keep in mind I haven't move my car in a little over 2 weeks because of RPM issue but it has rained a few times during that period of time but when I went to car today I noticed 2 things. 1 ...

Re: RPMs and Hard Shifting....

It's the same year as the bonneville L67 1993 unfortunately I do not have the other motor because the mechanic did the swap at his shop and he got rid of it. Im thinking about just getting that mass airflow sensor, throttle position sensor, and the idle air control valve anyway and just swap them ...

Re: RPMs and Hard Shifting....

I think the same computer is still there I don't think it got changed when the mechanic did the engine swap. I checked my Haynes manual and it said something about a possible EGR or PCV valve problem but I'll look into seeing if the computer got changed as well.

Re: worst nightmare

I really feel bad for you. But everyday is a learning experience good or bad. This will make you stronger as a person now you know what not to look for. I bought my Bonneville SE at an police auction and found weed under the carpet in the trunk and a .22 Caliper pistol under the carpet on the driver ...

For example I went to this website http://www.streetbeatcustoms.com/1993/Pontiac/Bonneville/Air-Intakes/
and I came across something called the Turbonator Supercharger and it said that "This product will allow you to burn fuel more efficiently resulting in better MPG. This SuperCharger will ...

I just cam across this website http://www.3800performance.com/ I found this site and started going bananas  over the upgrades that they had for series 2 motors. As a result I'm looking for another 96-99 Bonneville SSEI model for I can install some of these upgrades before I drive myself ...

I would pick my Bonneville over anything else out there. I am and forever will be driving a Bonneville. I'm planning on buying a 96-99 SSEI model so i can build a sleeper.

Re: SPARK PLUGS.....

I was wondering about the ram intake thing also. How much difference as oppose to the stock air filter does it perform on a car? Now I know the depends on the car the system goes in but what about Bonnevilles? Is it worth it?
