Re: Service engine soon light
Well I brought the car to the shop yesterday and my mechanic said he checked everything that the 56 code would alert for and absolutely nothing is wrong, he said it wouldn't come on at all on the highway, only in town when you take your foot off the gas, and since it won't stay on for more than 10 ...

Re: Service engine soon light
Ok that makes sense the egr valve is sticking, bc the car isn't running weird at all, and it only came on at the end of that trip, when everything was super hot and I'm sure the egr was working overtime, it's getting looked at on Thursday, no matter what it is it's getting fixed, not getting rid of ...

Re: Service engine soon light
The air intake temp sensor is not connected to the intake because I made a custom intake and haven't drilled holes for it yet, but it's been like that for months, today is the first warm day this year that I've pushed the engine like this, could that sensor be the problem?

Re: Battery heater help?
Well last week we had a full house for Christmas so after work I couldn't park in the garage as usual so I let it sit out in 20 degree weather and when I needed to move it the next day it certainly had a hard time starting, I know they sell engine block blanket heaters but they are like 300$ and ...
