Some of you know about my speedometer that sometimes works, sometimes doesn't (the signal from the VSS to the PCM is fine, just the signal to the cluster is messed up) some of you have even had your hands into trying to figure out what the heck is going on.

I have great news --- problem solved ...

Well, the plan WAS to leave early . . . Keven is still sawing logs, so sent the dog in to get him up with a nice wet lick to the face. We need to stop in Weiser (on OR border) to see Keven's mom for a bit, so I'll text Bill when we actually get on the road.

Decided to buy beer in Oregon (no sales tax) . . . NOW there's room for everything!

Keven & I (and Nash of course) plan to depart Wednesday morning. Should arrive @ KOA around 6 p.m. Leaving Sunday morning sometime for return (possibly caravan with other Idaho folks).

Don't really need it --- I get that little slip at the end of each run . . . LOL Guess I am gonna have to tear into it this winter.

Man, it's gettin' hard to concentrate at work! I'm ready to pack and get outta here!

Yep, we fixed it there last year. Then found out that there was a bold missing completely, which pretty much ruined it AGAIN, so this weekends mod project is replacing it YET AGAIN (even though I do love working on my car in Wren's driveway --- my goal this year is to do as little to is as possible ...

You do have to watch them. Once you get to Corvallis they are better, cuz there are so many of us needing the higher octane. But do keep an eye on them --- Keven and I both caught different attendants on cruise control starting to put 87 in ...

I would think so. Mapquest estimates it at 32 hours or so. If you end up running late, Keven and I will be starting our convoy out of Boise early on the 20th (we're about 8 ...
