I'd also like to know. The bar bushings are not the generic "D" shape like so many others. And the end-links seem to have a very large diameter spacer rather than a simple tube with a bolt through it. No luck on Energy Suspension or Prothane website. Any ideas out there ?

Re: Tires for SSEi 2001?
Haven't posted for a few years, but had to add my 2 cents worth: Michelin Pilot Sports A/S directional tires on my SSEi for 4-5 years and 30 thousand miles. Stick like crazy in the corners, accellerate in the rain better than most tires in the dry. Excellent braking with my Cryoslots and Hawk pads ...

Re: HELP ! Intense Pulley w/8 ribs
"The shaft should be plugged, if the original bolt doesnt engage, just use a standard push-in retainer. You just need to keep the SC oil from spilling out the end."
Ok, I just realised what that plastic push-in plug is for. "Duhh"! Came with the kit.
Didn't realize it's purpose until I saw a few ...

Re: HELP ! Intense Pulley w/8 ribs
Got hub installed flush with the input shaft. Bolted on pulley. Belt tracks fine on inner 6 grooves. Bolt on pulley however is not itself "flush" with the input shaft. . . . is this OK ?
Also noticed that the stock "retaining" bolt has a sintered iron or bronze filter on the end. Input shaft is ...

Re: HELP ! Intense Pulley w/8 ribs
Appreciate the fast reply. Afraid I was going to have to put away my hard-won ZZP
puller that I got off of E-bay.
Thanks again.

HELP ! Intense Pulley w/8 ribs
Just got the modular pulley (3.5) from intense and there are 8 grooves vs the stock

Ok, so none of you are using spiral cell batts like the Optima red tops, or AGM
batteries such as the Sears Platinum ? No vents needed, no corrosion to your floor panels, no acid leaks, and on, and on. . .

Re: 2000 sle sunroof...
There are four torx type screws, one at each corner of the sunroof accessable from the inside. Try loosening (don't remove) these, then adjust the glass to where you want it and then re-tighten the screws. I hope it's not a problem with your track/actuator assembly. That would be a bigger problem to ...

Re: Sunroof closing issue - Curious if anyone else has had this
I've had the same issue for the last 2-3 years. Appeared to have been caused by the inner sunshield (or whatever that's called) having high resistance to sliding open when it's really hot here. When it's above 100 degrees, that inner sunshield must expand or something in the slides causes more drag ...
