1984- 5
1985- 27
1986- 39
1989- 2
after this are all SSEis since they were the only ones that qualified...

if you lived closer to pa there is a junk yark with two white 96 se's for sale. they have the paint pealing off the sides of them but run great

the main thing to look at is if where ever your buying it from is going to give you a warrantee. go to http://www.car-parts.com. you can search most junk/salvage yards in the country on the website. there are quite a few good bonneville engines still in indiana if you want to go for a drive. there ...

the new o rings should come with your new a/c compressor. i bought mine from my local advance auto parts store and it came with all the necesary o-rings to out it in. if it doesnt you can get the o-rings on rockauto.com for a little over 5 bucks. the o-rings are 5/8" if you just want to go with ...

for and easy fix just clean your keys and ignition, dirt and grease build up causes your car to have problems reading your key. putting some rubbing alchohol on your key and putting it in your ignition a few times should help out, just dont soak the key and wipe it off every time you take it out ...

id buy it, my 92 ssei has 198,000 miles on it and most of the car still has the original parts on it, its just starting to need things here and there, mostly from neglect from previous owners

just a little tip, if your going to be doing alot of work yourself, hanes manuals dont cover the supercharged bonnevilles, get a factory service manual or the guys on here have most of the answers for you

if you go to your local auto parts store, a new switch is only about 80 dollars... just incase you need to buy one

the wire could be grounding out somewhere, follow the wire and look for and missing coating for it

ill do the compression test to check the head gaskets. How much is involved in changing the gaskets myself? I have the tools needed to do it but i havent taken any of these engines apart... yet. Ive changed head gaskets in fords and cavaleers so i got the basics already. I dont want to take the car ...

my car does that every once in a while depending on how low my washer fluid is, id check it, it might b just low enough to set of the chime but not really tell u anything

i have an intake manifold leak and milky oil... should i just replace intake manifold gasket or should i also be looking at the heads? my car is a 1992 SSEi. i just had the intake manifold gaskets replaced with gaskets from gm 3 months ago at a local garage that that i dont plan on going back to any ...

i got it running... it was the starter, neutral saftey switch, and starter relay which was on the firewall right below where the windshield is , thank you for all of the advice, now just to put the dash back together

that could be a cracked hose coming from the overflow bottle, a cracked overflow bottle, any other leaks in your cooling system, or just a loose hose clamp somewhere
