ok gurus I am about to take on this task got one spitting grease out and it vibrates like a MF!!! how hard of a job is this? and will removing the strut from the Knuckle give me enough room to remove the shafts or do I need to do more??

just looked on rockauto totally different design might be quick and easy

I changed mine on my 02 se...I thought it was kind of a beooootch cause of laying on your back...pull the carpet back some it gives you more room to remove and install the unit

check the condition of your belt if you replace keep the old one for a back up

sounds good the ones I used had the bottom hole slotted on the strut and the top one wasn't it was more of a pivot for the bottom. I had a lot of room for adjustment to set the camber.

one thing you might want to check also is on the new struts where the big bolts go through. Check and see if the bottom one has been slotted or machined and has lots room for adjustment. if you didn't get them back in place to where they were on the old ones your tires might way out. the original ...

the spring on the drivers side front broke....do they make ready mount strut for this vehicle?? or do I have to purchase the spring and strut separately?? its a 2002 se air shocks on the back if that matters
