MAF sensor unplug it see how it runs

What's the difference between the Magnaflow 46006 hm, 24204, and the 99306HM. Any difference in performance, one less likely to set off SES indicator?
Has anyone used the Goerlich 608227?
Would like to buy today.

Had a problem last week with a maf sensor(replaced with new one) now I'm getting a PO420 code.Took the car out today for a test and when I pushed it(tried to accelerate hard) the front end was jumping and the car seemed to miss big time. All settled down when i backed off. Car has 120000 on it ...
