I've got a lot of good info from this sight. I'm glad I could help someone else for a change.

There could be a short with the lights in the mirrors in the visor. Either fix the visors or just disconnect them. There should be a blown fuse for this. Double check you fuses again.

Can this be drilled and tapped for a grease fitting? I need to grease this shaft and thought a grease fitting would come in handy for the future.

I drilled small holes on both sides of the reflector at the bottom. All the water drained right away and I haven't had any problems since.
