I have a drain on my Park Avenue battery. I have traced it as far back as Maxi Fuse #37, but can't trace it any further. I have disconnected every fuse and relay in the engine bay, behind the glove box, and under the rear seat. Even with them all out, the drain is still there, unless I remove fuse 37 of course.
The fuse is labeled "BAT 1" I would think it most unlikely there would be an unfused circuit in the wiring harness, so does anyone know what this fuse feeds directly?.

Thanks,
Roger.

Update, it seems it's a steady 5v drain. I'm guessing one of the many modules.
Any way of testing them without dismantling the car?

Roger.

You'll need access to the factory service manual wiring diagram to see whats after that fuse. Unless someone here has it.

Finally ran down the battery drain issue. Turned out the ignition switch was the culprit. Unless I made sure it ws in just the right position when I removed the key some circuits were still live.
However it's ready for use now, it needed a brake hose for its MOT test - like a state inspection, and I need to replace the A/C compressor.
Now it's up and running I shall hopefuly take more part in using this forum. Seems it had a downturn in traffic since covid put a damper on everything.

Roger.
