Well, the cluster has been messed up for about three months now and I finally have some time to try to fix it. The speedometer and tachometer were the only gauges that would work, the compass, DIC, oil psi, fuel, boost, and temp gauges would not work.

What seems to be the most common problems found with this? I have been looking at the circuit boards for about a half hour and can't find anything wrong with them

Did you try just reseating everything and putting it back in?

That is probably what I am going to do right now being that I can't find anything wrong. It only takes five minutes to remove or install the cluster so it isn't like it is a big deal to install it and have to remove it again.

When my right most gauges started acting funny, I tried putting it all back together and reinstalling it. It would work for a little while, then go nuts again. So it may or may not be the problem. There are quite a few internal connectors. I'd try them too.

Yeah, I had all the boards off and everything looked fine, but my eyes are crap

It is back in now and works better then before, but still not 100%

I think some of the pins in the connector need to be bent back out to make better contact... Seems to be a bit of a tough Job to do the Pin bending tho.. How the heck would you get in there to even do that...lol

Are you talking about the connecter / plug in the wiring harness?
