 Post subject: Flushing the Radiator.

My friend came over and checked my radiator. He told me it needed flushed before winter. Okay, I have seen this done. My question is where is the release bolt located on the bottom?

The plug is on the driver's side on the bottom of the radiator. It is a plastic plug, and IIRC it takes a 3/4 inch wrench. You will have to remove the plastic splash shield to get at it, from what I remember.

You'll have to look closely to find the drain plug as it is hard to see and is often covered by some large wire loom.
