guys I just replace my pre-cat o2 sensor (denso) on my 01 bonne. ssei, but i notice that my fuel econ. average has drop from 17.2 to 12.3 any ideas why its doing this ???

no not at all !! I disconnected the negative side of the batt. when replacing it, im not sure wats going on , Idont have a check engine...........

When you remove the battery it resets the DIC. I'd bet you're driving around town right now, vs. your normal commute which is probably a mixture. It takes time to reset, just chill. Also, hand calculated numbers are the only fuel mileage numbers that are accurate anyways. Miles driven divided by gallons burned (miles/gallons) will give you accurate #'s.

Mine was the the same it just takes a good day of driving for the dic to get close to what true miles your receiving .. give it a day. :btruestory:
