has anyone experienced a bubbling effect on the taillights of a non GXP where there is a clear like bubble on top of the black design?

Is there a fix or retrofit for this or replace light time?

Either tint them to cover it or get a new assembly. Sadly no fixes for it.

I figured replacement. I don't know the rules/ laws on tint. Luckily mine are not THAT bad.

The term is delamination, and there have been many work arounds posted for delaminated lenses. May be worth a trip through the search when you have some free time to see what others have done.
