hey guys i had to convert my ELC to a manual fill set up for the time being, my question, how much pressure are the shocks capable of holding?

They're CAPABLE of 70psi. Many of us trick the system at the track to run full height, and the compressor is capable of that.

If you're using stock struts and the pump and manually filling, I doubt you'll ever be anywhere close to 50psi. It'll likely be quite a bit lower for a level ride.

ok i just wanted to know in case i want to really pump them up. is it recomeneded to bring it to 70psi or is that max, should i try to stay under that?

I think 20 - 25 lbs will make the car level.
