Here's some pictures of that '04 Bonneville I found the other month with 39k on it. 41k miles on it now. After getting the maintenance and mechanical side caught up, I decided to have some fun with it. Put on new wheels and tires, did some paint correction and a basic ceramic coat, put in a new sound system, and tinted the windows. It's a fun car, I'm really enjoying it. It looks really good all cleaned up!

Here's how I found it:

It also looks like it is time to put in a dual exhaust set-up.....

Now that's not a bad idea..... I actually did replace the muffler too with a Magnaflow. Definitely sounds louder, but I wonder how much you can actually do on a NA 3800 car. I'd love to hear ideas.

Crazy that you would expect these pics to have been taken 15 years ago from the condition.

Looks good.

Thanks! The paint correction and ceramic coat really helped, though the paint was definitely still pretty good when I got it. Everything in the interior I did some thorough detailing work to get it nice. I also replaced the back trunk reflector with one from a junk yard car because the original had some damage in it.

I've told people it feels like a 2 year old car, not a 17 year old car. I'm lucky to have found it. My local mechanics I've had look at the car say it looks to have sat in a garage a lot.

Buffing out the paint makes a huge difference, especially on black. I did mine several months ago and the ceramic coating has kept it nice. Your car looks great.

Wow, what a beautiful example. Probably one of the cleanest SEs left! Looks great.
