Some other progress:
Installed the boat roller mount, and I love it. No vibes, but solid feel.
Unseized my driver side rear caliper all the way, no snow drifting for the season I guess. Not until I get a new caliper. Works fine otherwise.
New shock mount on the passenger side, no more clunking!
Fresh Rotella, and a sample is officially on its way to Blackstone labs. I wonder what will come back.

Things I still need to do in the immediate future:
Install the Pioneer DEH-80PRS....
Fix the dash lights, which thanks to Redzmonte, I know what to look for now.
Fix the driver side heated seat. I have it ghetto rigged right now, so only the bottom has heat.

Other than that, I am less than 1,000 miles away from 100,000. :beerchug:

So the boat roller has more vibes than I expected, versus the old anchor mount. Perhaps I over tightened it? Height of the boat roller is a smidge under 3.75inches right now. It was a 4 inch normally.

How much thread is sticking out beyond the nut? Could try another bushing on top of the bracket. To me that's where the forces are applied but my physics might be off.

Sounds over-tightened to me, the mount it rests on should be just tight enough that it's not loose and doesn't have any clunk during the transition from idle to torque. A lock nut or spacer would be needed to hold a set amount of compression like that.

I'll have to snag a pic later, of the threads. I used a lock nut and red loc-tite.

Thanks for the inputs guys. Certainly feels great when it shifts and stuff, but there's noticeably more vibes between 1200 and 1800ish rpm. Can only feel them through the wheel and gas pedal, but still.

As long as what you're using meets GM6094M or GM4718M, you'll probably get similar results. Are there better oils than others out there? Yes. But no one here is going to push even the cheapest, conventional oil past it's design tolerances, much less the best. So as long as it meets the aformentioned requirements, you're fine. People get too worked up over brands/types of oils they use. What is more important to me is the proper oil, decent filter, and change it regularly/consistently.
