Yup. Busted!

I TOTALLY wish my '93 had window regulators on a cable/pully made from elmers glue, and it was unbalancable with tires, and had a clunk in the steering, less room to work on it, less steering feedback, herpes of the hood, and a goofy ribbon for the stereo... on the second thought, I'll take the mean looking sedan over the space shuttle ;)

Ouch :helpsmilie:

Regulators are an easy fix, only fixed about two dozen of them by now.
Unbalanced tires can have the same effect on a 92-99.
redesigned i-shaft fixes the clunking problem.
less room to work? Have you compared underhood accessibility between a 92-99 and 00+. 00+ has much more room, and doesn't have the silly TAM.
steering feedback can be changed via Tech2.
hood herpes... no response there LOL
Ribbon cable doesn't really affect anyone except the people that want to install an aftermarket stereo without using the adapter harness. aka: hack job
Space shuttle... is that a bad thing? :poke:

Do I need to make a 92-99 problem list?

I have had exactly 0 of those issues. Not to say they weren't fixed in the past, but it also means that they were fixed permanently, or at least with better than OE parts.

The only real problem I remember with our 93 se was that it ate alternators like trail mix...oh and slinging a rod at 223,000 miles, that was kinda an issue

The only thing of those issues I've had is tires, but that was the good-for-a-years, not the car. No regulators, ISS, gas filler rust, hood herpes were non-existant when my hood was re-painted after my mom backed into me, and I haven't had too much trouble working under the hood. :btruestory: :beerchug:

It makes my miss my 95 also, that lot (looks like the same as behind Peter's work) was the same place I laid eyes on it for the very first time when Peter was selling it.

Pretty sure the cars are very attainable, therefore, jealousy doesn't really apply.
