Started doing some work today on the '95.... Here is what I got done in the short time I had today. :P

I removed some more extra weight form the back of the car. This should help get it in the 11's on the 1/4 mile....

Got an old set of tires and 15" classic chevy hubs for place holders. Looks pretty sweet right?

Think I found a new way to mount the front bumper to improve aerodynamics....

I have a 70" that may end up in front of it :D for right now there is only a 27".

I'm still debating whether to keep the rear quarters on, or chop it off near the trunk lid opening and make the back of it more like a bar that you can pull up a stool too? If I do the bar style, I would make the back dash the bar top, and probably do something fancy below it like a picture box setup or something to span the trunk gap that is left. I was actually thinking about flipping it around and moving the seats to the trunk like some of the "hot rod furniture" that you see with the old chevys and stuff.

Keep the rear deck. You can put the rear surround speakers at the stock locations.

Convert the vent grills at the bottom of the door frame to LED ambient lighting.

I have an idea for the rear wheels too...connect them together through a reduction gearbox. Flip a switch and they rotate slowly (but keep them from touching the floor, k?)

And that gave me a GREAT idea for what to do with the camaro :bhuh:

I didn't think about the spinning wheels... great idea!!! I was actually thinking about smoothing out the area around the door frame area. I could put some speakers back in the rear deck, and still make it a bar type top. I have another pic I'll upload that show the other side of it where I used blue tape to layout a possible design for cutting off the back.

Keep the trunk if at all possible. You can use that to house a sub, or you could even use Aura Bass Shakers mounted on the seat bottom and back to add subsonic frequencies.

I would make two independent motors for the wheels and mount a "slider" up front with a joystick.

What for?

"I can't see the screen, honey"
"No problem, I'll move us closer"
*whirs*
"Good enough?"

Or if you have a party and you want to turn the couch around, just stick the joystick to the right or the left...

And right now, my mind just flashed to the Dr. Evil chair. "All I wanted was a freaking rotating chair...The POWER OF CHRIST COMPELLS YOU!!"

Basement has been almost completely refinished from the walls up ;) this thing would be a "garage queen". The basement is a finished family room now with nicer furniture (I grew up :-$ ) so the garage will becoming the "man cave".
