Well.. one of the employees accidentally sold my Special Order one (he's fired now) then they were going to sell me an 08 Yukon hybrid, but they didn't know that it already had a pending offer on it... SO now..
I got this for like 27500 Final. They gave me 10k for my Tahoe.

It's got the 4 cylinder, 8 cylinder thing too.

Thats a bummer of a step down from hybrid to flexfuel, but for 27k thats a pretty sweet truck.

Plus the fact that there's very little E85 in BC, so FlexFuel means almost nothing, rofl.

Nice big thirsty SUV. :beerchug:

I like the colour.

37,500 is a darn good price for us here in BC........that's about 30,000 US !!

I LOVE mine. Tons of power and decent MPG on my 06 Silverado. They sound really good with a flowmaster welded on btw. lol

pretty sure you got the 6.0 i dont think they had DOD on the 5.3 although i haven't checked the trucks in a few years nice color though plus E85 out here in the "land of corn" is more expensive than gas anyway. too bad that A$$ sold your hybrid i would have made the dealership give you more for your tahoe or one hell of a deal on your flex. that or re order at their cost

Why continue busines at a dealership that screws you like that? I wouldn't have even thought about purchasing from them, let alone downgrading from hybrid to flex.

The 5.3L with "Active Fuel Management" is acctually very efficient for a large V8...you can get about 20 MPG on the highway. Compare that with about 16MPG for the last gen Tahoes, and its pretty impressive.

Hybrid 09 - $62,000

Flex 08 - $37,000

Huge difference too big to ignore regardless of the stupid dealer. [-X

The money he saved probably paid for his Malibu.

No DoD on the 6.0L Mike, only the 5.3's have that. E85 is cheaper around here, as far as cost per gallon, but cost per mile is higher right now, because of the relatively low prices of oil, and high prices of ethanol.
