Got some new wheels and tires for my old lady car. Swapping out the 14" wire wheel hubcaps and whitewalls with the 16" alloys really makes a difference! Just took some quick pics after work - the car is pretty dirty and full of snow right now, but can't do anything about that for a while, with our subzero temps up here in the north :S

Got these '99 16" Bonneville SE wheels from a guy on craigslist for only $50 about 3 weeks back. After much searching, I was finally able to get a set of 4 225/60R16 Michelin Symmetry tires with about 50% tread for $100 mounted, balanced, and tax, from a local tire shop on Wednesday. Swapped everything out and kept all the old stuff for whenever I decide to get something else.

Thanks - I'm really liking them - gives the car a MUCH better look. The tires add some needed traction, and the ride has become noticeably less 'wallowy.' I was surprised that there was a noticeable difference in ride/handling. The stock tires were 205/75R14's - a lot of tire to float on, and almost obsolete to find! Now I just need some LSS badges...heehee...

When that generation of 88's came out they were really nice. I remember my
uncle bought one and let me drive it when it was brand new and
I thought it was awesome.

The wheels really freshen it up.....good for another 100k miles.

I like it too. The waiting and patience to find what you were looking for for that price... =D> Maybe my 94 will look that well when its that old.
