Just be careful and don't be like us, where you can't find anything because it's buried under everything else. Get a cheap tote for tie down straps, etc. Keeps the water out, especially if your box isn't 100% watertight, like ours. The other crappy part is that the deep ones prevent you from getting at stuff on the bottom in the middle unless you climb in the bed. Just some advice from a guy who has one, lol. They are nice to have to keep the interior of the truck clean.

I've had a toolbox before, I know how they work ;)

The one in my ram was pretty shallow, and I didn't like the dual lids. Thats why I opted for a deep single lid.

The only thing I really keep in it is tiedowns and straps. The weatherproofing is in good shape, and since its a single lid, there aren't going to be any waterleaks unless I find a gravity free zone.
