2001 SE Bonneville no honk when locked

Its been like this since I got it, I lock the car and the lights blink but the horn doesn't chirp. I don't know if it's just not a feature on the SE or if it's just tuned off but it doesn't have the computer like the ssei or the sle so I can't just turn the horn chirp on.

Nevermind figured it out, but if anyone is wondering it shows in the owners manual, keep doors closed, turn key to on, hold driver door lock button down on the lock position, press the trunk button once the horn will chirp but it won't do anything, any time you press the trunk button after that will change the modes. I don't remember each of the modes but I know there's 4. After your done setting the mode release the drivers door lock button and take the key out of the ignition.
