Exterior led light conversion 01 ssei

Hey yall sorry in advance if this is in the wrong spot or it's been a way over talked about topic but im wanting to do an led conversation on my 01 bonneville ssei. I did this to my 05 silverado a while back and had to put in some resistors and an led flasher relay for them to work properly. I see on this vehicle that my flasher relay is built into the Hazzard switch so how would I go about converting everything do I need a new switch and resistors or will the system handle a plug and play type setup thanks in advance
