2nd OEM Starter... Need help...99' Bonneville electrical

2nd OEM Starter... Need help...99' Bonneville electrical

1999 Pontiac Bonneville. 2 OEM Brand New Ac Delco starters have been installed. Vehicle started and ran fine... Battery fully charged, I get a click when I attempt to start. I'm totally lost because it's something else obviously besides the starter....
