GXP fog lamp bulb replaement

How do you get at that bulb, its an 05, my arm doesn't fit, can almost reach it, any tips would b great

Im 6'3 and my arms is barely enough to get it changed.... I have changed it a few times with one arm, but when i replaced them with an HID kit i took out the headlight and was able to get to the 2 bolts holding the fogs in and just took out the whole fog assembly to install the hit kit.. Which is going strong just about 2 years now with no issues..

Can we just make the fog light thread a sticky? Then have anyone registering here as a GXP owner, read it, and sign an electronic signature or something.
