Steering Problem!

I have a 92 Bonnie SE, and have been having some issues. There was a short period of time when I had some play in my steering wheel, that seemed to be resolved when I realized that my power steering fluid was low and filled it back up to the full level. Since then, I've been only having problems when it is raining. Immediately after it starts to rain, it becomes very difficult to keep the car going straight. Especially at speeds 45+. I don't know if my ball joints are bad, or even what the symptoms are. I've recently replaced the struts, and thought I might have done something incorrectly resulting in this, but again, i'm not sure. Any help would be much appreciated! P.S. The Bonnie has 230,000+ miles on her! :)

Thanks!

Did you get an alignment after the struts were done?

I didn't.

That could be some of the problem. The wheels could be fighting each other wanting to go a different direction.
