I recently did a trany swap, had some problems, but with the help of the people on this forum i(and my friend,BLAZZ) was able to fix it, ty again. Now iam back with another problem.

The car is still running good most of the time,
But now and then the voltage drops and the car runs like crap, Turn it off then back on it runs fine until the next time.... Its random..

We pulled the codes and, we got...

26,QDM "A" Circuit
56,QDM "B" Circuit

Also the oil gauge bugs out when i step on the gas, it jumps to max, some times gets stuck, other times it goes back when i let off the gas.

I was under my car the other day trying to hook up my exhaust all the way(i lost one of the nuts), anyway i noticed the O2 sensor was unplugged and, melted. Would that cause the voltage to drop?

Hi blue,

I had some voltage problems with mine pretty recently, you may want to get your alternator tested. Voltage would drop randomly, until finally, the alternator died on me on the way home, in a cloud of smoke, etc... Put in a new one, and haven't had a problem since. I have also noticed strange oil pressure readings on acceleration. The oil pressure guage never seemed to affect performance however.

Turns out thats not the problem. #-o I filled up the tank, put a can of seafoam in and, it ran fine the amp gauge never dropped....

until the gas gauge dropped down to the line b4 E. Then the amp gauge dropped again and,she ran like *shoot*... any ideas??

P.S.
As long as i keep it above that line she runs fine.

Pull the tank and drain it. Sounds like you have some water in it. Not uncommon.

Ty.

Is it hard to drop the tank? Or is it just some bolts and lines?
