Sign out period too short.

I was in the Lounge typing up a response, hit Submit, only to be asked for my credentials 5 minutes after I initially did. When I did that again, it took me back to my Post a New Topic window, with all of what I typed dissapeared.

I think the timer needs to be longer than 5 minutes so that people who want to type thought-out and contrived posts may do so without having their post dissapear after being asked again for their login credentials, which IMO is too frequent. Otherwise they have to go back and type it all out again. Thanks!

The timeout is well beyond 5 minutes. Most likely an issue with your local browser. Try clearing all your cache and cookies, then restarting your PC.

Yeah, if I post, and it's more than a few sentences, it probably took me longer than 5 minutes, and a timeout hasn't happened to me.

I just noticed that it only happens when I use Internet Explorer 8, but when I use Firefox I stay logged on for a good while. Nevermind then!
