Unless you power wash the underside of the vehicle or steam clean it, the oil should last at least the four bad months of salty weather.

You can also smear grease in the bad areas working it in good with a brush.

If and when you do decide to fix it right you can easily steam clean it all off.

ok i was asking because thers a car wash/gas/oil change franchise that everybody goes to called delta sonic. in thier wash they spray the underside of the car along with the wash to remove salt and debris. but that only if you asked to have it super kissed
