Mine just did the exact same thing. Rear cyclinder was hydrolocked with coolant. Pulled all 8 plugs and motor bumped over fine, reinstalled the plugs and fired right up.
Right now we are dropping the craddle and drilling out the block to install Northstar Performance studs and all new gaskets, water pump, cross over gasket and all new plugs.
I hope you get it/ got it fixed.
FWIW, you're waybetter off repairing your current engine the right way rather than installing another engine that will lose head gaskets again. The problem is the 11mm 2.0 head bolts pulling the threads out of the block. Any engine you buy will do the same thing again after enough time.

I noticed you said you were sitting in the car eating lunch, while it was running. That's the only time my car ever over heated on me and that's when it started to suck coolant the worst.
