Big problem: No mention of checking or properly setting endplay.

In that topic, you'll see an alternate method for removing the diff, and you can ignore the modifications to the output shaft, that was specific to my LSD install.

Thanx willwren for endplay detail.Right on the money, was a roll pin from differential! Good news is its fixed now and was really no damage, due to half the rollpin was still holding everything together.Nerveless while tore down,HD diff, cover & output shaft were all changed.Once again thanx to everyone for the great info and helping save my tranny from a possibility of being damaged.
