More nopes. Remember, this typically takes tools that I don't have. I have a lot of tools. I knew the problem area going in. It took maybe 10-20 minutes for the tech to do.

That was my first thought, but I assumed that was too simple. An actual stem costs $0.49, and labor is 5-10 min. If they're paying someone minimum wage, that sounds about right, TBH.
