Ed, I already have my radar detector wired into the 12v system, and don't have any issues. Plus, if I notice a problem, itll be easy enough to move it somewhere else once I have the wire run.

Ok, fair enough. I wasn't sure. That is just for your turn on? Then it makes sense, as long as you aren't pulling all your power from it. Got it.

Yeah since it's only remote turn on, I doubt it'll be a problem.
I just dont want to use the auto-sense turn on from the high level inputs. I trust the remote turn on a lot more.

hey all.
i am having a similar problem with my brothers 2000 SSEi. the amp is working, but i can't seem to get the signal from the speakers, thru the converter, and to the amp. can i get any help? i am using a Scosche FAI-3A, and he has a Bose system. please help me!
