Is 10-11 MPG even possible?!?!?!?

Warmup, heating the cabin, plus dealing with wet roads constantly all takes a hit.

Block off half the radiator to speed warmup, and check your tire pressure since you have been all over the place temperature-wise.

I have real time avg. mpg on my DIC and when I idle, I can see the mpg go down one tenth at a time. Plus add heating, spinning tires in the snow, the fuel type...etc... welcome to our world
