No Interior Lights

Good evening,
I am trying to troubleshoot why my interior lights will not come on.
Since owning this car, the interior lights have never worked, both when I open the doors and when I try to use the push button to turn them on individually. This is for the front and rear interior lights.
I have visually checked the fuses located under the rear seat and none are blown. I've read other posts pointing to the visor lights and I've disconnected those.
Not sure what else to look for.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
