A/C actuators Vacumm Hose

Hi g

I Cant select the exhaust vents in my A/C. Its currently stuck on defrost (I guess the previus owner set this instead of repairing)
When I select the vent mode in the A/C control, I hear the click under the dashboard. I think the problem is in the lack of vacumm in the hose that comes from the motor.

Im not shure the place of the motor side of this hose in order to check it all the way.

Does anybody knows where is located in the motor?
