Aftermarket radio-where did you guys jump the red wire to?

Aftermarket radio-where did you guys jump the red wire to?

The 12v wire when turned on . I cannot fine a wire to hook to. I had it working last night and couldnt figure out why it wouldnt work today. Yeah, it was a lighting wire. I have tried all the wires close to the radio. Someone help me out here. I didnt buy the extra harness for the chimes, but I do have the Metra

you can rn wire to fuse box under dash - there are open spares
poverty forces one to do unorthodox things

The 2000+ does not have a fusebox under the dash, only in the engine bay and the rear seat.

I believe I wired mine to the IGN3 fuse, fuse 34.
