Rear air ride air pump
I have put new air shocks on and just replaced the air lines. When I turn the key on I can hear the pump come on, when I unhook the control arm and push the lever up the pump comes on and inflates the shocks. I can see the rubber on the shock swell and start lifting. An hour after I turn the key off i can look at the shocks and they are completely flat and the rear has settled back down. I do not hear any leaking at the fittings at the shocks or the valve in the trunk. Is there a dump valve for the air if the leveler sees the rear being to high that could be leaking? Also when i push the button in the trunk the pump does not come on, should one of the wires to the button be hot that i could check?

Spray soapy water around all the fittings and lines
Could be a small leak you can't see?

Do the rear shocks all ways have air in them?

When you're pressing the button in the trunk to turn on the pump, is the ignition key in the "ON" position? It won't work without it.

Re: Rear air ride air pump
please be sure to replace the spring clips that hold the air hose to the shocks, or it will leak- been there and done that when I got my 2000
I used the Monroe max air and they work great for 100 bones for pair but the oem were heavier
