Interior LED Tubes

Post by 04BonnieSE »

so I installed some interior LED tubes replacing the LED strips that I did have installed and it keeps blowing the fuse. I've got it wired to the front cigarette lighter and to a toggle switch.

Any ideas why it keeps blowing the fuse?

Side note if I put a fuse in they turn on, but when I flip the toggle switch to turn them off that's when the fuse blows.

I agree with "xxdabroxx", probably a defective switch or possibly wiring on the back side of the switch. - BC
